Stakeholder Engagement Manager
In November, we’re sending out our first stakeholder satisfaction survey, This first survey marks one year of live operations at the Retail Energy Code.
The survey is focused on hearing your feedback on the performance of the REC Service Providers, and will be primarily around the REC Code Manager service, Electricity Enquiry Service (EES), Energy Theft Tip Off Service (ETTOS), Green Deal as applicable to your interaction with them. This is your opportunity to provide feedback and to tell us where you’d like to see improvements.
Researchcraft, an independent market research company, alongside their trusted fieldwork partner QRS, is surveying on behalf of RECCo following a competitive tender process. Both companies are bound by the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Your responses will go directly to Researchcraft and QRS and any information you provide will be kept confidential and anonymous unless you specifically agree otherwise. You can view our Privacy Policy on the RECCO website. To maximise participation in the survey, Researchcraft may also follow up by phone to complete your interview.
