We procure and manage a number of services as part of meeting our obligations under the REC. This month, we're launching our second stakeholder satisfaction survey to gather feedback on the performance of REC services and your experiences.
You can expect to see the survey land in your email inbox from the 16th of October, 2023. Find out more about the purpose of the survey and how to take part below.
What is the purpose of the survey?
The survey is focused on hearing your feedback on your interactions with REC services. It will be primarily around the REC Code Manager service, Electricity Enquiry Service (EES), Energy Theft Tip Off Service (ETTOS), Green Deal, and Metering as applicable to your interaction with them. This is your opportunity to provide feedback and to tell us where you’d like to see improvements.
Your feedback will ensure that we focus on the right areas in the future and that our work is aligned with your needs and expectations.
Look out for emails from our partner
We’re working with an independent market research company, Researchcraft, and their trusted fieldwork partner, QRS. They will be sending and managing the surveys on behalf of RECCo and have been chosen following a competitive tender process. Both companies are bound by the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Your responses will go directly to Researchcraft and QRS, and any information you provide will be kept confidential and anonymous unless you expressly agree otherwise.
